After two hours of having food chemicals and allergens jabbed into my skin and then sitting and waiting for the little spots to do something, I had negative test results all across the board. The doctor said that the skin tests only work for some people, and that it is still very likely that I have a wheat allergy, as well as a milk and perhaps even a corn allergy. He recommended going wheat, dairy and corn free, and then re-introducing each one at a time, all the while keeping a food diary. I've done this all before and have already concluded that wheat is the enemy, as well as milk.
So, I guess I got an afternoon away from the house.
