...she will outlive us all.
*In case you missed it, she had surgery to remove a giant (non-cancerous) tumor that was blocking her eyeball and was generally disgusting, as well as another from her leg.
Although I had evil thoughts and hopes that perhaps this would be the sign that it was time for her to join Spooley in the beyond, I was scolded by my husband and she remains with us, as I am convinced she will continue to do until the end of time.
Although she is old, chubby, confused and neurotic, she is surprisingly resilient.
Like a cockroach. Or Keith Richards.
Don't worry, I already know, I'm not a nice person.

I thought you might be interested in Phanfare -- the photo and video sharing social network for families (since you have such great photos on your blog!). As I am sure you know, Earth Week is this week. What better way to celebrate the earth in a family-friendly way than committing to SHARING your photos—and not printing them (and wasting paper!)?!
Here’s why Phanfare is the ideal site for this:
• Invite all of your friends and family to join your network – so they can regularly see your updated photos (and you will get to see their new albums as well).
• Added privacy protection enables moms and dads to only allow their network (friends and family) to see the photos – so you know your photos are actually private.
• Innovative features – like a downloadable screensaver that pulls photos directly from your albums – are a really nice way to stay connected, even when you are offline!
• It’s free – Get 1 GB of photo and video storage for free – so save money and trees this Earth Week.
We would love for you to review Phanfare for your readers (and I think it would be helpful for them to hear what you have to say about this family-friendly company). I am happy to provide more info if you are interested—or a login for you to check out the site.
Just let me know! Thanks much!
Best,
Kate
