I finally got a hold of technical support yesterday after spending the majority of Evie's afternoon nap on hold. I went through the whole entire process with the man. He talked me through all the possible problems, had me change more settings, and then he had me start completely over. I did everything he told me to do. I put probably 5 or 6 hours into this new DVD, then my computer spent another 10 or 12 hours encoding and recording, etc, etc, etc,. The DVD just finished "burning." The computer spit it out. I put it in the DVD player, and there's nothing on it.
I just don't even know what to say anymore, but I'm done for a while.
