Where in the World is the Scott Family? (Day six)

Today we hung out in Jackson and Grand Teton National Park.

We walked around downtown Jackson on the old wood sidewalks...

We met a buffalo...

We drove through Grand Teton National Park...

I had a BLAST with my camera, even though the weather was against me...

We saw some wildlife...UP CLOSE

We saw a Wild West Show, complete with a shoot out...

Evie was scared of the guns and cried, so she and I went for a walk and stood far, far away. Apparently Bryan took our picture with the zoom lens:

When we got back, Evie had fun taking a bath with daddy.

Tomorrow, we leave in the early morn so I can try to get a cloudless shot of the Tetons from the same spot Ansel Adams took his famous photos, and then we head to Yellowstone (5o miles north) for the day.

It looks like you're having a great vacation! I was at one of those "gun fights" once and they pulled me out to be a hostage! I was embarrassed! Zach was hiking in the Tetons last year and is already planning a trip to the Grand for this year, he loved it there! I'd like to make it someday. Have fun at Yellowstone!

I am so jealous of you right now! And you have to tell me where this "sacred" spot is that Ansel Adams took his pictures because we are going there this summer!
(I'm jealous because I used to work in Yellowstone and I miss it like crazy)
Anyways, I found you off the Seattle Mom Blogs page and then I see that you have a relative(s) in Wenatchee and I say that we should do our own little bloggy meet-up!
