...from all the self-inflicted bashing against the wall.
The screaming continues. We went to urgent care today to ensure there was no ear infection to cause such chaos; her ears are fine. She does have what looks like a minor sinus infection, again. So we started up the antibiotics, again. She was fine and friendly at the doctor's office, charming the socks off of everyone. She wasn't running a fever. The doctor did not feel that she looked like she was really in pain, and that this is instead a combination of factors: teething, sinus infection, and perhaps mostly, an 8 month-old flexing her might.
She doesn't want to be held, she doesn't want to be put down. She screams. And she screams some more. And I bash my head into the wall, or at least I imagine bashing my head into the wall.
It's enough to drive a person to drink.

Oh dearie. Perhaps she's going through the eight month sleep regression.
